We want to get to know you on a first name basis and become a valued partner of your security or investigative company’s team. With more than 30 years in the business and thousands of clients, myself and my staff are uniquely suited to guide you through your security guard or private investigator insurance needs. We regularly help people review clients contracts, negotiate coverage terms and conditions to establish a fair middle ground, help with job selections (and what to avoid), and with safety and state licensing questions.

Security Guard and Personal Investigator Insurance
Endorsements We Offer
This is simply a document that shows proof to your customers that you have coverage in place, the name of the carrier that provides the coverage and limits of insurance afforded.
This actually gives your customer the benefit of being insured under your policy if they are named in a law suit. Typically a charge is made for this endorsement as this puts the insurance carrier at additional risk.
This contractual provision prohibits your insurance carrier from recovering payment from a third party where they are negligent.
This requires your insurer to pay a claim before any other applicable policies and without seeking contribution from other carrier policies that would respond to a claim.
This provides coverage for bodily injury and Physical Damage that you or one of you employees cause while driving for business purposes. This does not provide any coverage for damage to the vehicle itself.
It is mandated by Federal Law that we make an offer to you to purchase this coverage extension. The Terrorism Risk Act HR3210 Was signed into law by President George W. Bush 11/24/2002. This is a shared public and private fund for insured losses as a result of acts of Terrorism. Due to the narrow scope of coverage and additional cost we find that many of our clients choose to waive this coverage extension. A formal signed document is required to be submitted to us in order to waive the coverage and associated cost.
